Wellness isn't expressed in effort, appearance, or vanity. Wellness is a direct result of slowing down, listening to your body, and practicing compassion towards yourself and others. Are you ready to let go?
How do we get there?
- We collaborate to reach your goals using an integrative approach based on a deep knowledge of the mechanics of injury, pain, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and the neurophysiology of stress and safety.
- You will be an active participant in your experience and will be given tools to independently move towards your goals between sessions
- You will connect with your body, breath, and state of awareness in ways that are simple, evidence informed, and respectful to your body. These experiences will provide you with an opportunity to integrate not just the manual work you are receiving but also the intentions and goals you bring to each visit.
- By committing time and energy towards your health and wellness, you have already stepped into restorative action and immediately begin receiving benefits from a shift in perspective and attitude.
