Integrative Bodywork & Somatic Coaching for the whole person
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Over the years, I’ve explored various somatic and integrative modalities, including the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Polyvagal Theory, and Hendrickson Method orthopedic manual therapy. My primary goal is to create a gentle, respectful environment where clients can feel safe exploring physical and emotional patterns that impact their overall well-being. I believe that healing is a collaborative process—one that honors the innate wisdom and resiliency within each person.
Why Trauma-Informed Somatic Work?
Trauma-informed care recognizes that past experiences, especially overwhelming ones, can shape how we experience our bodies and emotions in the present. By emphasizing a sense of safety and collaboration, we can gently invite awareness to patterns that might be holding us back—and, step by step, discover new ways to move, feel, and live.
